NHS Business Services - Team Building - Newcastle upon Tyne
Corporate Team Building and Problem Solving can be delivered in a wide rage of ways. Senior and Middle Managers from the Business Services Department of the NHS in Newcastle wanted fun activities that would be inclusive, challenging and entertaining.
Over two days 45 staff met us at Plessey Woods for our 'classic' Team Building activities. Staff arrived suitably prepared for the elements and were clearly determined to enjoy themselves. They were so positive and very involved from the start. We make these days competitive, but very inclusive. The NHS staff bought-in perfectly.
By the end of eah day my sides ached with laughing. Although the staff went home dirty, sweaty and with the odd bump and bruise the feedback was very positive. ''Brilliant
