Staff Training - Climbing Wall - Northampton
We have recently completed a Site Specific Climbing Wall Training and Assessment course for Danes Camp Leisure Centre, Northampton.
The Leisure Centre are keen to maximise the potential of the climbing wall in the sports hall and to sell Birthday parties on the Traversing Wall. The staff were excellent. Highly competitive and very motivated....they did a lot of climbing!
Following a days training and assessment, and the production of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the wall, staff are now able to use the wall with groups and climbing clubs. As long as staff follow the guidelines within the SOP they are now independent Climbing Wall Supervisors supported by ATNE.
