Spithope Bothy

Walked into Spithope Bothy today with clients from Northumberland County Council. We found the Bothy in excellent condition. It had clearly been used the night before but had been left immaculately clean. We had a fire, cooked a meal on our stove and replenished the wood supply. We did some  general tidying and left the bothy clean and neat. It is a magical place. We will return for an overnight this Christmas
